1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The product must have all original tags and packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
✅ Items such as innerwear, customized products, or sale items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return?
To request a return, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange.
📌 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
3. Refund Process

🚫 Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
