Why Nesake is a workbench, not a store
Nesake started out as a Shopify store. The plan changed before the store ever opened, and the subscription kept renewing anyway. Rather than force a shop that wasn't ready, this domain is becoming something smaller and more useful: a workbench of free web tools, built one at a time.
The idea is simple. Pick a small, specific problem, build a tool that solves it in one page, and ship it without asking for an account or an email address first. No dashboards, no upsells, no dark patterns. If a tool is useful, it stays. If it isn't, it gets replaced.
The first few tools on the bench lean toward things content creators and small sellers actually reach for during the week: quick generators, calculators, and file utilities. Nothing here needs a login, and nothing here will ever be the main product — the tools are the product.
This blog will mostly track what gets built, why, and what changes as a result. If there's a tool you keep wishing existed, the contact page is the fastest way to say so.
