1. Who we are
Nesake ("Nesake", "we", "us") builds and operates the website at nesake.com and a family of apps and utilities including Gharlog, StreamLoom, Utility Hub, and Games ("Services"). By using any of our Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Using the Services
You may use the Services for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services — that includes trying to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of them, and using them to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
3. Your account
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@nesake.com if you notice unauthorised use.
4. Your content and data
You keep ownership of everything you add to the Services (photos, inventory items, receipts, messages, etc.). You grant Nesake the limited licence required to store, sync, and display that content back to you across your devices. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Free and paid tiers
Most tools on Nesake are free to use. If a paid tier is offered, the pricing, billing cycle, and refund terms will be shown at checkout and take precedence over these Terms for that transaction.
6. Third-party services
The Services may link to or embed third-party services (for example Google sign-in or an app hosted on a partner platform). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and Nesake is not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep the Services fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesake disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nesake will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the Services or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
